Natco Credit Union welcomes new board member with a community-focused background

RICHMOND, IN (January 31, 2023) — Cynthia Duke, CEO, is pleased to announce the addition of Carl

Rhinehart III to the Board of Directors of Natco Credit Union. On 12/29/2023, the board unanimously voted to appoint Mr. Rhinehart to the Board of Directors.

Mr. Rhinehart brings an extensive body of knowledge through his education and work experience. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Earlham College in 2003 with a major in business and non-profit management. In 2008, he earned his Master of Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University.

He brings financial knowledge from his past employment at JPMorgan Chase and Western & Southern Life. In these roles, he worked one-on-one with clients to discover their needs, help them achieve their goals, and build lasting relationships.

Following experience in the financial industry, Mr. Rhinehart was drawn to organizations that focus on child and family needs – especially those that focus on improving the lives of those in high-need situations. Following five years of working for organizations with this focus, Mr. Rhinehart ventured out to start his own Consulting company in July 2019. CR3 Consul7ng, LLC provides specialized services to youth, families, and adults. Mr. Rhinehart also works closely with community members to address community needs such as housing and accessing needed resources.

Mr. Rhinehart also co-founded and directs Future Achievers – a non-profit organization that serves Richmond area teens by ensuring that they have access to opportuni7es and informa7on that will help them become successful adults by providing life coaching to middle and high school student, as well as, teens and young adults not connected with a school. “I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to be their best self and it’s my job to help provide those opportuni7es. I’ve noticed the steps Natco is taking to do the same in our community and I wanted to be part of it,” said Carl Rhinehart.

“Carl truly has a ‘servant leader heart.’ This is apparent by simply looking at the focus of businesses and organizations he chooses to be part of. Over the years, he has volunteered his 7me to be a coach for Richmond High School and Earlham College football, a board member for Restora7on Outreach Centre, YMCA, and much more. He is currently serving as the Chief Doing Officer for Wayne County Cares, which is working to help Wayne County be a more trauma-responsive community.

Carl was drawn to Natco’s mission of ‘Helping People Live Better Lives’ because he also has a passion for this mission. We are excited to welcome him to our board and look forward to the fresh perspective and ideas he brings. His experience and passion directly align with ours. We are excited to see what opportunities present themselves by having Carl as part of the Natco family!” Cindy Duke, CEO.
