Nationals deliver World Series championship, Cornerstone Credit Union League to deliver BBQ to MD|DC Credit Union Association
COLUMBIA, MD (November 1, 2019) — Cornerstone Credit Union League’s president/CEO Caroline Willard and MD|DC Credit Union Association’s president/CEO John Bratsakis agreed to a friendly wager on the outcome of the World Series. Now that the Washington Nationals have bested the Houston Astros, it’s time to settle up!
MD|DC Credit Union Association (MD|DC CUA) staff members are ready for some tasty barbecue from Hard Eight BBQ in Texas courtesy of the Cornerstone Credit Union League. The wager between the Leagues representing credit unions in Washington, D.C. and Texas also includes a change up for the loser’s logo. Cornerstone Credit Union League’s social media profile pictures are sporting a new look for 48 hours — the Nationals logo.
