NEFCU announces 4th quarter community giving donations for 2020

WILLISTON, VT (January 14, 2021) — Four times each year, New England Federal Credit Union (NEFCU) selects four recipient organizations at random to receive $625 each, for a total of $10,000 annually. NEFCU’s community giving donations for the fourth quarter of 2020 were:

South Burlington Library Foundation ( www.southburlingtonlibraryfoundation.org) for the ASPIRE! Campaign, which will help create a new South Burlington Public Library that is a destination for all ages, where people can experience, explore, learn, and share.

The Josh Pallotta Fund (www.joshpallottafund.org) for ongoing fundraising efforts to create Josh’s House, a wellness recreation center that will include traditional, complementary, and alternative healing modalities to address the problem of veteran suicides.

Technology for Tomorrow  (www.tech4tomorrow.org) for its digital literacy programs, designed to assure that those in need have access to affordable technology education which improves their lives personally, professionally, and in the community.

Hunger Free Vermont (www.hungerfreevt.org) for its Universal School Meals program, aimed at creating equality in the cafeteria to ensure that school meal programs are built into school curricula so that no child is segregated by family income.
