YORK, PA (April 26, 2023) — First Capital Federal Credit Union has promoted Andrew Dombach to Vice President of Information Technology. Dombach has been with First Capital for almost 20 years, starting in January 2004 as a Computer Systems Specialist. During his tenure at First Capital, Dombach has held several positions including Network Administrator, Systems Administrator, Senior Systems Administrator, Information Technology Manager, and most recently AVP of Information Technology. In his new role, Dombach will focus on directing and managing the information technology and systems functions of the credit union.

Dombach received his Computer Systems Specialist degree from the YTI Career Institute. On a personal note, he lives in Dover, PA with his wife Tabi and his two children.
