Newgen partners with U.S.-based Glia to enhance banking processes

Partnership to help banks further streamline account opening, lending processes for a digital-first customer experience

Newgen Software, a global provider of low code digital automation platform, announced that it has partnered with Glia—a leading provider of Digital Customer Service —to further enhance its banking solutions. As a part of this partnership, Newgen will integrate its online account opening and lending portals with Glia.
