Next Step celebrates its 20th Anniversary providing industry leading consulting services

ORLANDO, FL (May 7, 2015) — After entering the industry in 1995 as a core system conversion management company, Next Step celebrates twenty exceptional years of business. Peter Jeye, Next Step’s CEO and founder explains: “After early success as a core conversion management firm, it was evident that to achieve the highest level of success for our clients we would also need to offer an advanced system selection service and vendor contract negotiations practice. We did just that based on our unique conversion management perspective thereby giving the industry a truly distinctive consulting firm.” Next Step’s impressive client list continues to grow at an accelerated rate enabling the company to hire its 30th associate just last month. “We avoid the temptation to be all things to all people; this laser focus propagates a core competency among our management and consultants that is truly unique in the industry,” Jeye explained.

Trisa Wetzel, Next Step’s Executive Director of Operations who helped start the firm, states that “our company’s culture is unlike any other—humble, team oriented, hard-working and totally focused on advocating on the behalf of our clients and building true partnerships with their software providers; we will never veer off this course”.

“The Credit Union industry has welcomed us from our first day—we thank each and every Next Step client for their passionate support”, Linda Vick, Next Step’s Executive Vice President stated. Linda also helped launch the company twenty years ago.
