Deleanna Allen recently joined the On The Mark Strategies team as its newest Account Executive. She enters the team with over a decade of experience driving growth, strengthening brands and enhancing member experience within the credit union industry. As an Account Executive, Allen will serve monthly marketing partners by providing both strategic guidance and tactical coordination of marketing asset delivery. She most recently served as Marketing Manager at Michigan-based Public Service Credit Union, where she led high-impact initiatives focused on digital strategy, campaign execution and member engagement.

A Detroit native and graduate of Wayne State University Mike Ilitch School of Business, Allen began her career at 19 and advanced through a range of roles at Public Service Credit Union before becoming Marketing Manager. She has also been involved with FUELmi Young Professionals Network and the Michigan Credit Union Foundation, supporting efforts in financial literacy, community impact and the development of future professionals in the industry.
