OneAZ Credit Union launches Vendor Diversity Database

Vendor Diversity database will serve historically underrepresented entrepreneurs

PHOENIX, AZ (May 11, 2022) — OneAZ Credit Union recently launched a supplier diversity program to help minimize common barriers that minority- and women-owned businesses often face.
The new program will ensure the Credit Union maintains a diverse supplier base for the procurement of goods and services. When new supplier and vendor needs arise, OneAZ Credit Union will use the information provided to match your services to our business needs. This program will establish an equitable and diverse group of vendor partners which will enhance the economic sustainability of our communities.

“At OneAZ, we are committed to creating an environment of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging among the businesses we work with,” said Kim Reedy, President and CEO. “Our Supplier Diversity program will help us ensure that businesses that have historically faced disadvantages to access, now have an equal opportunity to partner with us.”

OneAZ Credit Union launched a Together is Better initiative in 2020 with the goal of ensuring Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging are seamlessly reflected throughout OneAZ’s business operations, associate and member experience, community engagement and vendor relations. This commitment is rooted in OneAZ’s mission to “truly improve the lives our members, our associates and the communities we serve.”
