Ongoing Operations ramps up Solutions Management with new hire, Jeff Kattar

HAGERSTOWN, MD (December 13, 2016) — Ongoing Operations welcomes Jeff Kattar, Solutions Manager, to its team as the CUSO expands and enhances the solutions it offers to the credit union industry.

“Jeff is a dedicated and creative professional who brings to the table a powerful combination of business development, product management and leadership combined with a strong sense of customer advocacy,” said Kirk Drake, CEO of Ongoing Operations. “I am confident that his creativity, technical aptitude, independent thinking and communication will positively impact our credit union clients and our CUSO.”

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and gained significant experience in many roles including Technical Support and Training Management early in his career, before moving on to Product Management and Sales. Most recently Jeff was Vice President at Inception Technologies where he built a distribution channel for a NAS product, managed the relationship with the company’s marketing partner and developed corporate messaging while developing business.

In his role as Solutions Manager for Ongoing Operations, Jeff will be a key contributor to many efforts including the overall solution strategy, marketing, profitability and sales.
