Online banking system upgrades gives financial freedom to members
Upgrades give access to account-to-account (A2A) and person-to-person (P2P) payment options
FORT WORTH, TX (April 3, 2015) — Unity One Credit Union is pleased to announce the updating of their online and mobile banking systems. These upgrades give members greater access to their accounts, both online and on the go. New features include an account-to-account (A2A) and person-to-person (P2P) transfer service.
Members can use the P2P service to request payments from anyone, or make fast, convenient payments anytime, anywhere using their preexisting Unity One checking or savings account. The A2A service allows members to move money between their Unity One account and external accounts.
“The launch of our upgraded online and mobile banking systems represents another step forward in our continued effort to provide our members the financial freedom they have been requesting,” said Gary Williams, president. “The ability to send electronic payments to another person using only their email address or mobile phone number is the wave of the future. We are happy to provide our members with this new, exciting service.”
The upgraded online and mobile banking systems launched to members on March 24, one week after the credit union launched their new website. The app is currently available in the Android and Apple app stores with a Windows app available soon.
