OnPoint Community Credit Union Supports Hurricane Sandy Relief Effort
Credit Union donates $10,000 to American Red Cross
PORTLAND, Ore., November 8, 2012—OnPoint Community Credit Union today announced that, following the devastating effects of Hurricane Sandy, they will donate $10,000 to the American Red Cross to support relief efforts.
Community members are invited to join OnPoint in donating directly to the American Red Cross. Donations will also be accepted at each of the 22 OnPoint branches in Oregon and southwest Washington through November 30.
“Our thoughts go out to those suffering the effects of this devastating storm,” said OnPoint’s President and CEO Rob Stuart. “We sincerely hope this donation will help in their relief and recovery efforts.”
