OS National Executives to present at IMN Single Family Rental Investment Forum in Miami
OS National Co-Founders Charles Chacko and Jamie Wunder will discuss multi-borrower securitization and its impact on the SFR market
DULUTH, GA (April 20, 2015) — OS National, LLC, a nationwide provider of residential and commercial title and escrow services, announces that two of its senior executives will present at the Information Management Network’s (IMN’s) Single Family Rental Investment Forum being held in Miami from April 20th to April 22nd, 2015.
OS National Co-founder Jamie Wunder will speak at the 11:30 AM session on Monday, April 20, “Financing Rental Properties & Loans Using Long Term Debt.”
“There are many things investors need to consider when investing in rental properties, including compliance issues associated with title underwriting, as well as funding and post-closing issues,” Wunder said.
OS National Co-founder Charles Chacko will present at the 12:50 PM session on Tuesday, April 21, “An Education on Multi-Borrower Securitization & Its Impact on the SFR Market.”
“The single family rental market is really proving itself as a new asset class,” said Chacko. “We expect multi-borrower securitizations to pick up speed and see several deals close this year.”
