Summit Credit Union Selects AnyHour Solutions as New Lending Partner
Outsourcer agrees to take loan-by-phone calls using CU’s lending system
Rockford, IL, April 2, 2012 – AnyHour Solutions, a provider of comprehensive call/contact center outsourcing services for credit unions since 1994, announces that Summit Credit Union of Greensboro, NC ($131M assets, 22,500 members) is their newest customer of the AnyHour Loan-By-Phone 24/7 call center service. AnyHour can now supplement Summit CU’s internal call center by taking overflow member consumer loan application calls during the week-day and can also provide full service backup after-hours and on weekends.
AnyHour has their own proprietary lending system for taking consumer loan applications over the phone. However, AnyHour is also willing to input member loan applications into any credit union’s web-based loan application system. Their call center agents are very experienced and have proven they can easily adapt to any online system. AnyHour will be using Summit CU’s existing InterLend product to input loan-by-phone applications. The benefit to the credit union and their members is streamlining the process by possible automatic population of member account information into the app from the core system as well as integration of the completed app into the credit union’s LOS or core system.
Summit Credit Union selected AnyHour Solutions to replace another loan application outsourcer they had been using for many years who would not agree to interface their app information.
