P1FCU, a recent conversion to the Episys ® core banking solution, first discovered FIVE through Symitar’s partnership with BIG. Now with the credit union’s conversion complete, implementation of the FIVE solution, which is already integrated with their new core, can begin.
The process involves creating a voice application that is customized for the credit union based on FIVE’s proven voice framework. Currently, there are 12 live credit unions on the platform and more than a dozen already in progress.
