Pam Davis, Senior Vice President of Branch Delivery and Operations at Delta Community Credit Union, has been elected chairman of the American Credit Union Mortgage Association (ACUMA) Board of Directors.
ACUMA provides resources and education to credit unions aimed at streamlining performance, processes and procedures for real estate lending services.
“ACUMA continues to grow and offer excellent educational and networking opportunities for mortgage-lending credit unions,” said Davis. “I am excited to lead the association and meet the challenges of helping credit union leaders provide successful home-buying programs for members.”
Davis, who has more than 20 years of experience in credit union real-estate lending, will serve a two-year term as ACUMA’s chairman. She succeeds Mark Wilburn, Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at Truity Credit Union in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
Previously, Davis served as Delta Community’s Vice President of Real Estate Services and later Vice President of Retail Lending & Deputy Chief Lending Officer. Before that, she was Manager of Real Estate Service at Georgia's Own Credit Union and Real Estate Manager at Peninsula Credit Union. She has served on the ACUMA board for nine years.
Davis holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Clayton State University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
