Peach State Federal Credit Union makes donation to Salvation Army of Gwinnett

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA (July 17, 2019) — Personal care items and non-perishable food were donated by Peach State FCU members and staff and delivered to the Salvation Army of Gwinnett at “Church on the Loaf” on Sugarloaf Parkway. The credit union collects items throughout the year and makes quarterly donations to food banks in their service area.

The Salvation Army provides various programs and services for youth and adults in need including music, arts, practical training, worship, and more. “This contribution will help us feed our guests as they work to get back on their feet,” said Hazel Barrett, Volunteer Coordinator for the Salvation Army of Gwinnett. “Donations like these help us provide for those in need and we are very grateful for the generosity of Peach State’s members.

Hazel Barrett, Volunteer Coordinator for the Salvation Army of Gwinnett with Deborah Fancher, Business Development for Peach State FCU.
