“People Helping People” is the theme of the day

FORT WASHINGTON, PA (May 8, 2020) — Frontline employees at TruMark Financial® Credit Union are considered essential employees and leave the comfort of their home daily to assist members with their financial transactions. Although their appearance may look different with their new accessories—masks and gloves, they continue to provide extraordinary service in the branch as well as in the community.

When TruMark Financial’s Trooper branch staff learned the number of people in the area visiting the Daily Bread Community Food Pantry in Collegeville had increased significantly, they wanted to help.

Demonstrating the credit union philosophy “People Helping People,” branch employees donated a shopping cart filled with non-perishable food items to a no-contact drop- off site organized by Janicki Party Planning. The food items will help replenish the shelves at the Daily Bread Community Food Pantry and assist families who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
