People’s Credit Union announced the promotion of Tiffany Costa to Head of Digital Delivery & Core Services. Reporting to Bill DeWitt, Head of Member Delivery & Marketing, Ms. Costa will manage all activities associated with payments, deposit services, and digital banking as well as being responsible for ensuring current and future core application roadmaps are in alignment with the Credit Union’s Strategic plan, initiatives, and goals.
“Tiffany is a very talented and experienced member of the People’s Credit Union team,” said DeWitt. “With 10 years of experience as Head of Digital Delivery & Deposit Services, there is no one better qualified to lead our continuing efforts to improve our members’ and colleagues’ experience with core services.”
A Bristol, RI resident, Ms. Costa’s 20-year career with People’s Credit Union began with over nine years in retail banking before being named Head of Digital Delivery & Deposit Services. In 2024, Ms. Costa received certification as an Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP), mastering the complexities of risk management for ACH, check, wire, debit, credit, pre-paid cards, and alternative payment. A recipient of the 2024 New England Automated Clearing House (NEACH) Rising Star Award, Ms. Costa was recognized for demonstrating outstanding leadership in the field of payments.
