Cornerstone Resources has been selected to conduct searches for the positions of VP, chief membership experience officer, and VP, chief lending and operations officer for People’s Trust Federal Credit Union in Houston.
Chartered in 1935, People’s Trust FCU has seven locations within the Houston city limits and $500 million in assets. The credit union serves more than 30,800 members and offers a full range of competitive financial products and services, information for members to make well-informed decisions, and personalized service.
As the VP, chief membership experience officer, this experienced executive will lead all member facing-roles within the credit union. This individual will be tasked with improving service standards, ensuring consistent service levels throughout the organization, enhancing the member experience, and driving the sales and service culture.
As the VP, chief lending and operations officer, this experienced executive will be responsible for overseeing the entire loan cycle, including origination, underwriting, funding, servicing, and collections. This individual will be charged with enhancing the strategic direction of lending operations and improving the department's processes and procedures.
The executive searches for People’s Trust FCU will be led by Marcus Cotton, executive search vice president at Cornerstone Resources.
