Piedmont Advantage Credit Union offers ‘Members Come First’ scholarship

WINSTON-SALEM, NC (May 12, 2014) — Piedmont Advantage Credit Union is offering five $1,000 academic scholarships to college-bound high school seniors.

The ‘Members Come First’ scholarship is open to all high school seniors who are both members (not just the child of a member) and who are pursing higher education at a college or university. The scholarship is designed not only to reward academic and personal excellence, but also to encourage the young credit union members to consider their financial futures and needs by composing a short essay.

Applications can be obtained at a credit union branch or online at www.pacu.com and must be completed and returned to the credit union for committee review by June 1, 2014 via email at scholarship@pacu.com or by mail to:
