PSECU welcomes Erin Hennessy as Chief Member Experience Officer

PSECU, Pennsylvania's award-winning digital-first credit union, proudly welcomes Erin Hennessy as its new Chief Member Experience Officer. Hennessy joins the Credit Union with over two decades of experience in the financial services sector. In this role, she will harness her extensive background to drive PSECU's ongoing commitment to enhance the experience and services provided to its over 590,000 members.

Most recently, Hennessy served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Rocket Companies, overseeing marketing, digital technology, omnichannel customer experience, data analytics, and branding. She has a proven track record of guiding financial institutions—from start-ups to the nation's largest mortgage originator—through impactful sales, service, communications, and corporate strategy growth.

Hennessy holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communications from Drake University and has also earned executive certifications in Artificial Intelligence from Cornell University, Digital AI and Analytics from Northwestern University, and FinTech from Harvard University.

Beyond her professional expertise, Hennessy is an advocate for community service. She volunteers at inner-city food programs and mentors underprivileged youth in technology and data programming. She also enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two rescue dogs.
