Quantum Governance, L3C is thrilled to announce a new suite of consulting services designed specifically to address the governance needs of small credit unions with assets of $250M or less.

For more than a decade, Quantum Governance, L3C has offered governance and strategy assessments, consulting, facilitation and education services to hundreds of credit unions in the United States and Canada. While the firm has proudly served more than a third of the credit unions whose assets are $1B+, it recognizes that small credit unions have important governance and strategy needs, too, and those needs must be met if small credit unions are to thrive into the future.
The small credit union suite of services, ranging from just $3,750 to $15,000, will focus on three levels of engagement: the Governance Check-Up, Governance Skill Building and Governance Evolution. In addition to diagnostic assessment, each level of engagement includes a set of governance policies from Quantum Governance’s Policy Library and customized education for the board and its governing partners, the CEO, Senior Management and members of the Supervisory or Audit Committee.
