Redwood Credit Union has announced the completion of a remodel at its full-service branch on 1010 Grant Avenue in Novato. Take a virtual tour here.
Enhanced features in the branch include a more spacious layout with a separate area for investment and wealth management, as well as insurance and auto purchasing services. In an economy where people can feel unsure and overwhelmed, the credit union is determined to be a reliable place where community members can find the right vehicle, the right protection, and the right investments in one location.
“I’m excited to welcome members to our new space,” said Ryan Lind, Novato branch experience manager. “Access to the branch and ATM are improved and advanced technology enables members to do their banking quickly for added convenience. It’s a comfortable environment where individuals and businesses can access needed financial services.”
Branch hours remain Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. A new, 24/7 drive-up ATM is located on an island adjacent to the building that’s safe and secure, and easy to access. And there are now two walk-up ATMs—also accessible 24/7—inside a newly designed vestibule.
