Redwood Credit Union welcomes new Lower Lake branch experience manager

Becky Perez to oversee business development and member service at RCU’s new Lower Lake branch

Redwood Credit Union (RCU) has hired Becky Perez as branch experience manager of its new Lower Lake branch at 16095 Main Street, at the corner of Highway 53 and Highway 29. In her new role, Perez is responsible for community and business development efforts, as well as overseeing member service, staff, and branch operations.

Perez came to RCU with 18 years of banking experience in Lake County, St. Helena, and the Central Valley, including four years as branch manager at Bank of the West, and four years at Westamerica in Clearlake.

“Becky’s years of experience and knowledge of this community will offer our members the personalized service they’re looking for,” said Andy Ramos, senior vice president of member engagement. “She’ll put her all into making sure our members have a positive experience each time they enter their branch.”

Formerly Middletown-Cobb’s Little League president, Perez takes an active role in supporting the activities of her three sons. When she’s not at football, basketball, and baseball games, expect to see her at local community and business events, supporting a variety of Lake County organizations.
