Riverside resident wins $500 for using Altura debit card
RIVERSIDE, CA (December 26, 2013) — Riverside resident and Altura Credit Union member Jessie De La Cruz recently won $500from Altura in its “You’re Gonna Love This Card!” debit card promotion. To be eligible for this promotion, members need an Altura Visa Debit Card and a checking account.
De La Cruz won the November drawing, making him the eleventh person to win in the monthly contest. A lifelong Riverside resident, De La Cruz has been a member of Altura since 1990. He plans to use his winnings to buy Christmas gifts for his family.
To participate in the promotion, Altura members must register their debit card at an Altura branch or by calling the Member Service Center (1-888-883-7228). Then every time they make a purchase using their Altura Debit Card they have a chance to win the monthly $500 cash prize. The more a member swipes a card for purchases, the more times they are entered to win. One final winner for 2013 will be drawn from among the registered debit-card users who made purchases with their Altura card in December.
Altura Credit Union’s products and services are available to its members. Individuals can join Altura for a one-time membership fee of $10. Membership is open to persons who live, work, attend school or worship in Riverside and San Diego counties and selected cities in San Bernardino and Orange counties.
