Riverside resident wins $500 from Altura Credit Union
RIVERSIDE, CA (November 18, 2013) — Riverside resident Cody Matthews recently won $500 from Altura Credit Union in its ‘You’re Gonna Love This Card!’ debit card promotion. To be eligible for this promotion, members need an Altura Visa Debit Card and a checking account.
Matthews, 23, was entered to win by simply using his Altura Visa® Debit Card to make a purchase. It’s part of a year-long promotion to show how easy it is to use the Altura Visa Debit Card to make everyday purchases. Matthews opened his iChecking Account, which is designed specifically for young adults and includes a debit card, about a year ago.
To participate in the promotion, Altura members must register their debit card at an Altura branch or by calling the Member Service Center (1-888-883-7228). Then every time they make a purchase using their Altura Debit Card they have a chance to win the monthly $500 cash prize. The more a member swipes a card for purchases, the more times they are entered to win. One winner will be drawn each month through December.
Altura Credit Union’s products and services are available to its members. Individuals can join Altura for a one-time membership fee of $10. Membership is open to persons who live, work, attend school or worship in Riverside and San Diego counties and selected cities in San Bernardino and Orange counties.
