Robert Gonzales president of Denver’s Mountain West Credit Union Association

(April 29, 2014) — The Denver chapter of the Mountain West Credit Union Association has elected Robert Gonzales, assistant vice president for Security Service Federal Credit Union (SSFCU), as its president for a three-year term. With a career in the industry that spans over a decade, Gonzales has served on the association board since 2011 and has a proven track record in credit union advocacy.

In his role, he will be focusing on getting more credit unions involved in the political process as well as promoting education for both credit union staff and area children through the association’s school outreach efforts.
