Matthew Schewe has been named Business Development Coordinator at Royal Credit Union. In this role, he will be responsible for building awareness, providing education, and supporting various product lines by making contacts and connecting Royal with businesses and individuals. Schewe will work with Royal locations in the Twin Cities and St. Croix Valley to ensure the credit union is exceeding goals and providing outstanding Member service.
Schewe brings with him a wealth of credit union experience from City & County Credit Union in St. Paul and UW Credit Union in Madison. He has held a variety of positions along the way, including most recently serving as Vice President of Member Experience. Schewe also helps out at his father’s restaurant, The Subhouse, in Hudson, WI.
Schewe graduated from Upper Iowa University with a Bachelor Degree in Management. He also obtained an Associate Degree in Accounting from Madison College. He currently lives in Lake St. Croix Beach, MN with his three children. He enjoys coaching kid’s soccer and taking part in the community. Schewe looks forward to serving the Twin Cities Metro area.
