Arthur R. Osborn, Jr., Chairman of RTN Federal Credit Union, has received the 2020 Management Award from the Labor Guild. Osborn is President of Osborn Labor Management Consulting. His distinguished career at Raytheon spanned 40 years, including his role as Director of Global Labor Relations.
An RTN Credit Union member for 42 years, Osborn joined RTN’s Board of Directors in 1991 and currently serves as Board Chairman. He has served on several Board committees, and currently serves Chairman of the Personnel Committee. He advices Credit Union management on labor and employee relations.
“I am greatly honored to receive this award in my chosen field of labor and management relations,” says Osborn. “It is gratifying help the Credit Union and support staff and management as they work together to serve our members.”

The Labor Guild, an agency of the Archdiocese of Boston (RCAB), is a membership organization involved in all aspects of labor-management relations; its Cushing-Gavin Awards (CGA) honor four exceptional professionals from Boston’s regional labor relations community each year.
