Sageworks announces agenda, keynote for 2015 Risk Management Summit

RALEIGH, NC (June 18, 2015) — Sageworks, a financial information company that provides credit risk management solutions to financial institutions, today announced the agenda and keynote speaker for its 2015 Risk Management Summit in Chicago. Set for September 23-25th, the Summit is the premier conference covering the allowance for loans and lease losses (ALLL) and stress testing for bank and credit union professionals. The agenda features experts in risk management for financial institutions including executives from top accounting firms KPMG, Grant Thornton and CliftonLarsonAllen, as well as consulting firm CEIS Review. Additionally, bestselling author and customer service expert Lisa Ford will deliver the keynote address for the conference.

The 2015 Risk Management Summit presented by Sageworks offers bank and credit union executives an opportunity to learn from industry professionals and their peers over the three-day event. For the keynote session, Sageworks will host Lisa Ford, author of “How to Give Exceptional Customer Service” series. Her presentation, “Why Customer Service Is Not Enough,” will offer attendees insights on providing banking customers service that goes beyond a positive experience.
