Join us at Petco Park on March 2 for Expo Day
SAN DIEGO, CA (February 28, 2019) — San Diego County Credit Union® (SDCCU®), San Diego’s largest locally-owned financial institution, is proud to sponsor the 2019 Biocom Institute San Diego Festival of Science and Engineering, a ten-day educational experience to engage kids and families in all that encompasses STEM (science, technology, engineering and math).
The free festival is open to the public, and kicks off with EXPO Day on March 2 at Petco Park. Several businesses and organizations will participate in EXPO Day, providing fun, interactive activities for kids. SDCCU’s booth will feature a fun game of finance trivia for kids with an opportunity for their parents to complete an entry form for a chance to win up to $500 in the SDCCU Cash Cube, a walk-in container where money flies through the air. Two winners will be randomly pulled from the completed entries and have the opportunity to spend 30 seconds in the SDCCU Cash Cube.
The Biocom Institute San Diego Festival of Science and Engineering EXPO Day will be followed by over 60 programs and events throughout the week all throughout the County of San Diego. As part of the weeklong festival. More than 75,000 kids, parents, teachers, industry leaders and community members are expected to participate during Festival Week.
