SAN DIEGO, CA (April 16, 2014) -- San Diego County Credit Union® (SDCCU®), San Diego’s largest locally-owned financial institution, has announced that Carolyn Hatten-Kissick, with more than 24 years of financial management experience, has been named Senior Vice President of Operations and Card Services.
Hatten-Kissick, with extensive banking operations and management experience, will provide a strategic role in the overall financial management of SDCCU. She will oversee several departments and functions, including operations, member services, card services, IRA, loan review, BSA compliance and loss prevention, according to Teresa Halleck, president and CEO at San Diego County Credit Union.
“Carolyn’s success at innovation and managing top performing teams, including experience with managing operating expenses and increasing efficiencies, will add value for our customers,” said Halleck. “We are excited she will add her strengths to our top performing management team.”

Prior to joining SDCCU, Hatten-Kissick served as Senior Manager of Operations at AlliantSM Credit Union in Chicago. She also served in various roles, including Vice President of Operations at El Paso Employees Federal Credit Union in El Paso, Tex. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix®.
