San Diego County Credit Union names Pat Zervic as SVP of Real Estate
SAN DIEGO, CA (April 16, 2014) — San Diego County Credit Union® (SDCCU®), San Diego’s largest locally-owned financial institution, has announced that Pat Zervic, with more than 20 years of experience in lending and banking management, has been named Senior Vice President of Real Estate.
With extensive banking experience in mortgage portfolio management and strategic planning, Zervic will provide managerial support to real estate lending and related secondary market activities at SDCCU. In addition to overseeing portfolio risk management and servicing activities, she will be involved in the development and implementation of real estate strategies and transactions from conceptual scope of development to project execution, according to Teresa Halleck, president and CEO at San Diego County Credit Union.

Prior to joining SDCCU, Zervic served as Vice President of Mortgage Operations with Pentagon Federal Credit Union’s office in Omaha, Neb. Her career has also included positions with PrimeLending of Dallas, Texas, Bank of America, Credit Suisse of Princeton, N.J. and Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corp. of Milwaukee, Wis. She holds a bachelor’s degree in operations management and analysis from Ashford University®.
