San Francisco Federal Credit Union accepts food bank donation from Enterprise

SAN FRANCISCO, CA (June 5, 2015) — San Francisco Federal Credit Union, a not-for-profit, member-owned financial institution serving San Francisco and San Mateo Counties, facilitated a $2,500 donation to the SF-Marin Food Bank on Thursday, June 4th.

Eliot Denoncourt, a representative from the Credit Union’s longtime partner, Enterprise Car Sales, delivered the donation to San Francisco FCU’s President and CEO, Steven Stapp and Consumer Lending Manager, Kymberli Roberts.

“So many people have benefitted from our partnership with Enterprise, including our members, the Credit Union, and now, the SF-Marin Food Bank,” said Stapp. “We look forward to working with them in the future, and cannot thank them enough for this generous donation.”

San Francisco FCU has been donating to the SF-Marin Food Bank for several years now through their CommunityShare Program, a program that allows the Credit Union to give back to local causes through donations, employee volunteerism, and fundraising.

Credit Union staff volunteers multiple times a year at the SF-Marin Food Bank in San Francisco packaging food, organizing donations, and placing donation cans in their branches.
