The Security Service Charitable Foundation is helping Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center provide assistance to local veterans, military members, and their families through a $2,500 donation to their Food Pantry Program. This donation will provide meals for more than 100 veterans and their families throughout Colorado Springs, CO.
“Through partners like the Security Service Charitable Foundation, we are able to provide valuable resources and services to our area’s most underserved veterans and active military members,” said Melodie Owens, resource development and events manager for Mt. Carmel Veterans Service Center. “This $2,500 donation will help us fill our food pantry with nonperishable items to further assist our military community in need.”
