SAN ANTONIO, TX (October 28, 2014) — For the fourth year in a row, Security Service Federal Credit Union employees have voted the organization into a spot in the top ten San Antonio workplaces, as researched by WorkplaceDynamics. Released annually by the San Antonio Express-News, this prestigious list is comprised of only a handful of companies and organizations that have set themselves apart as the city’s top employers. Security Service took fifth place – the second year the credit union has ranked in the top five.
The San Antonio Top Workplaces list was determined solely by feedback gathered through an objective employee survey. The survey data showed that employees most want to work at companies with high levels of organizational health. Companies that set a clear direction for their future; execute well; and bring real meaning to work are the healthiest.
“We’ve worked hard on developing an employee experience that is reflective of the value we place on our team. We want them to know their work every day – in big and small ways – is meaningful and appreciated,” says Jim Laffoon, Security Service president and chief executive officer. “It means the most to me that this award is based on their input about their experiences here at work.”
