Security Service Federal Credit Union opens Missouri Avenue branch
EL PASO, TX (November 26, 2013) — Security Service Federal Credit Union (SSFCU) has opened a new 5,000-square-foot branch at 2301 Missouri Avenue at Palm Street off Interstate Highway 10, replacing the credit union’s branch at 6834 Commerce Avenue.
“Our goal was to provide our members a more convenient and easily accessible location off the highway. The Missouri Avenue branch meets that goal and is near the medical center area, a growing community within El Paso,” said John Worthington, chief communication officer for SSFCU. “Our members will continue to receive the professional, convenient and friendly experience they expect and deserve.”
The new location, which will be led by branch manager Joe Longoria, features a wide variety of convenient services for members, including seven private, member service offices; one drive-up ATM; four teller windows; four drive-thru lanes; and a coin counter.
The branch has extended its hours of operation. The lobby and drive-thru will now be open on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. During the week, lobby hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Wednesday 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The drive-thru is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Wednesday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
SSFCU’s other El Paso branches are located at 401 E. Franklin Avenue, 545 N. Americas Avenue and 12370 Montwood Drive.
