SYRACUSE, NY (January 3, 2023) — The Board of Directors of the Syracuse Fire Department Employees Federal Credit Union announces the promotion of Roxane Bowering as the next Chief Executive Officer, effective Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023.
“After an extensive search, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Bowering to this position. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our credit union.” Said Charles E. Boynton, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Roxane has worked in the Credit Union industry for twenty-six years, most recently serving as the Director of Operations at the Syracuse Fire Department Federal Credit Union. Roxane has been with the Syracuse Fire Department Federal Credit Union for twenty-two years, serving in a range of roles, but most notably as Accounting Manager for ten years.
Roxane currently resides in Volney with her husband and enjoys the outdoors and her growing family.
