Sharetec promotes Conversion Analyst to Manager to improve processes
LINO LAKES, MN (June 9, 2015) — Sharetec System, one of the fastest growing core systems offering a true return on your investment, announces promotion of Audra Schoenauer from Conversion Analyst to Conversion Manager for Bradford-Scott Data Corporation, a Sharetec System provider.
With 15 years’ experience working for a financial institution, Audra worked as an Accounting Department Manager for 5 of those years, learning how financial institutions survive and the processes and procedures needed to succeed.
Understanding the detail that needs to take place during a conversion is imperative at making it a success. During Audra’s time as a Conversion Analyst with Bradford-Scott, she learned the ins and outs of each conversion and has now taken that information to make Sharetec Conversions as successful as possible. She is very detail oriented and thought of things the credit union wouldn’t have during the conversion.”
Great communication between Sharetec and the credit unions has allowed Audra to better analysis the needs of not only the credit unions, but her team members as well. Recently implementing OneNote to track meeting notes and other department notes of those working on conversion projects has created an environment where team members can ask for help and have easy access to everything involved in the conversion.
Audra has been in her new position since January and has worked hard to increase efficiency and target development to make sure all new customers receive the best service possible. “Now that we have a solid foundation, one of my goals for next year is work with my team and start thinking outside of the box. We need to come up with new and improved ways to train our conversions, as well a new approach to credit union and vendor communication. I am excited to be given the opportunity to take my team to the next level,” comments Audra Schoenauer
