SIU Credit Union donates over $1,600.00

CARBONDALE, IL (January 3, 2014) — “People Helping People” is a credit union philosophy taken seriously at SIU Credit Union. As SIUCU continues to show that they are invested in the community and giving back, they select two local charities to receive their Jeans Day Donation every year. On Fridays, employees can wear jeans if they donate $2.00 to selected charities of the year. Last year, Marion Regional Humane Society was chosen as one of the recipients of this year’s donations.
