SSFCU promotes Molinar to member contact center manager

EL PASO, TX (August 26, 2014) —  Security Service Federal Credit Union (SSFCU) has promoted Marisela Molinar to member contact center manager in El Paso where she is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the member contact center, providing statistical and quality performance measurements and managing the continual development of the staff. In her new position, she will be able to complete the growth and expansion of the El Paso contact center.
Molinar joined SSFCU in 2012 as member contact center supervisor.
An active member within her community, she teaches financial literacy workshops for active military personnel at Fort Bliss and the National Endowment for Financial Education and is a member of Financial Women in Texas.
