Sussex County FCU names Fran Fritz Vice President of Lending

SEAFORD, DE (June 3, 2015) — Sussex County Federal Credit Union (SCFCU) announced that Fran T. Fritz has been named Vice President of Lending. As a key member of the senior management team, Fritz has assumed responsibility for the overall credit quality and risk management of the credit union’s Lending and Asset Recovery functions, including expansion of the commercial loan portfolio.

“Fran brings both depth and range of experience to Sussex County Federal Credit Union,” said Pamela A. Fleuette, CEO of SCFCU. “She not only has strong credit skills but a background in relationship management, making her an ideal fit for our results-oriented and collaborative lending team.”

Fritz, who attained a BS from Pennsylvania State University, began her career nearly 29 years ago and has held several leadership positions with both large and small financial institutions. She has a strong background in consumer as well as commercial lending, enterprise risk management, collections, compliance, and new business development. Fritz’s career includes executive level positions with U$X Federal Credit Union and Department of the Interior Federal Credit Union. She formerly served on the Boards of F&M College as well as the PA Governor’s Micro-Enterprise Institute.
