TBA Credit Union awards six scholarships

TRAVERSE CITY, MI (July 9, 2021) — This year, TBA Credit Union awarded six Invested In scholarships to local students.

The TBA Credit Union Invested In Scholarship was launched in 2019 to help fund continued education for students attending college who are committed to volunteerism. This year, TBACU was able to provide six, $1,0000.00 scholarships to local students:

  • Adrian N. of Elk Rapids High School
  • Ben T. of St. Francis High School
  • Ethan R. of Traverse City Central High School
  • Lily Mae J. of Glen Lake High School
  • Nickolas B. of Traverse City Central High School
  • Samantha M. of Traverse City Central High School

All scholarship applicants are reviewed by a committee comprised of three TBACU team members, and recipients are chosen based on overall merit as demonstrated in the application and accompanying documents.
