TBA Credit Union (TBACU) has welcomed three new team members who will play key roles in strengthening service and enhancing the overall member experience. Kris Wood and Jill McDonnell have joined TBACU as Branch Leaders, while Jonathan Wilson joins the organization as IT Support Manager.
In their respective roles, Wood and McDonnell will lead branch operations and foster meaningful, day-to-day connections with members, while Wilson will oversee IT support, helping ensure reliable and efficient digital services.
These roles are designed to strengthen every touchpoint of the member journey from in-branch interactions to digital banking ensuring TBACU continues to deliver on its mission to serve the community and build trusted relationships.
