TDECU promotes Chief Financial Officer Rhonda Pavlicek to Executive Vice President
TDECU is pleased to announce the promotion of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Rhonda Pavlicek, to Executive Vice President. In this new role, Pavlicek will oversee Finance & Accounting as well as the Chief Information Officer, Chief Credit & Risk Officer, and Vice President of Operations and their respective teams. “Rhonda’s promotion to EVP speaks volumes for the leadership, vision, and proven abilities she brings to the organization. A natural leader, Rhonda has earned the highest levels of respect at TDECU, in the communities we serve, and throughout the credit union industry. I am excited to see her thrive in this new role,” notes President and Chief Executive Officer, Isaac Johnson. The promotion builds on Rhonda’s success through her 17-years of service at the more than $4B Member-owned credit union.
Pavlicek is a Certified Public Accountant, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas State University and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. She is a graduate of the Cardwell 306 CEO Leadership Institute and the CBA Executive Banking School, CUES CEO Institute, is a faculty member of CBA Executive Banking School, and serves on the Board and Executive Committee of ePay Resources, Regional Payment Association.
TDECU’s focus on growth, innovation, and digital transformation are evidenced in an active search to fill a newly created role of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. An official announcement on this position is expected in the coming days.
