TDECU ranks as one of Houston’s top workplaces for second consecutive year
HOUSTON, TX (December 20, 2013) — For a second consecutive year, TDECU has been recognized as one of Houston’s Top Workplaces by the Houston Chronicle, ascending to #11 among the area’s Top 35 large employers (those with 500 or more employees). The honor recognizes and ranks Houston area companies based on organizational health in the areas of direction, innovation and connection to its employees, as well as employee satisfaction in the areas of work-life balance, compensation and opportunities for career development.
