Texas Monthly recognizes TDECU Real Estate Agents for Professional Excellence
LAKE JACKSON, TX (June 19, 2015) — Texas Monthly has recognized four TDECU Real Estate Agents as 2015 FIVE STAR Real Estate Professionals. The designation, awarded in partnership between Texas Monthly and FIVE STAR Professionals is given to those real estate professionals who have demonstrated excellence and a dedication to providing superior customer service.
The award marks the fourth year that Tammie Bell, Ryan Birdsong and Shayne McGehee have received the honor. Ruth Ann Few received the honor for the third year.
Less than the top seven percent of Houston-area real estate agents are selected for the 2015 FIVE STAR Real Estate Professionals award, which is based solely on feedback obtained from clients, peers and industry experts. The FIVE STAR Professionals research team contacted thousands of recent home buyers who purchased a home at more than $150,000 within a three month period. Agents are evaluated in nine different areas, including integrity, customer service, market knowledge and whether past clients would recommend the agent to a friend or family member.
