Three lenders implement Mortgage Builder’s architect LOS in under 90 Days
SOUTHFIELD, MI (March 18, 2014) — Mortgage Builder Software, the Southfield, Michigan-based provider of award-winning mortgage loan origination and servicing software systems (LOS and LSS), has set new company records recently by successfully implementing three new clients in under 90 days. Two of the three went live with Mortgage Builder’s Architect LOS platform in less than 60 days, thanks to the platform’s design and Mortgage Builder’s implementation team. With many LOS conversions taking up to six months and longer to complete, this is a significant achievement that can save lenders implementation time and expense, while improving their systems to boost compliance and reduce per-loan costs.

- Landmark Professional Mortgage Company, Salem, Oregon – 52 days
The clock started ticking at contract signing, and the Mortgage Builder implementation team was challenged to ensure that every obstacle was removed and each potential technical problem was addressed in order to meet or exceed the clients’ expectations. “One of the things working in our favor was an accelerated training schedule,” observes Mortgage Builder Corporate Vice President Kelli Himebaugh. “Our Architect LOS is very intuitive and that results in reduced time required for users to become adept at the system. Lenders understandably want to be confident that their process and QM compliance situations are in order and ready to use as swiftly as possible,” she adds.
