Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) has named Amanda Wall as assistant vice president and branch manager at its Moore branch. In this role, Wall leads the branch team and works to ensure members receive friendly, reliable service each time they visit.
Wall joined TFCU in October 2013 and has since served in a variety of roles across the credit union. Her experience includes client services assistant with the TFCU Financial Advisors, lead associate in professional development, branch supervisor at both the Tri-City branch and Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB) branch and assistant branch manager at TAFB. She most recently led the Norman Southeast branch as assistant vice president and branch manager since the opening in April 2022. Wall is also a 2023 graduate of Credit Union National Association Management School.
In her new role at the Moore branch, Wall oversees day-to-day operations, supports staff development and focuses on providing an excellent member experience. Chelle Plumley, vice president and regional director of branch operations at TFCU, said Wall’s track record of building teams and her passion for serving members benefits both employees and members in Moore.
“Amanda brings a wealth of experience, leadership and enthusiasm to everything she does,” Plumley said. “Her proven ability to develop strong teams and deliver exceptional member service makes her an outstanding fit for this role.”
Wall said she looks forward to continuing TFCU’s mission of helping members, strengthening the branch team and supporting the Moore community. She credits her time at TFCU with giving her opportunities to grow and work alongside leaders, peers and employees who care deeply about what they do.
