Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) will host its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on Tuesday, March 31, at 5 p.m., in Oklahoma City at the TFCU Metropolitan Corporate Office. Attending the meeting, either virtually or in person, gives members the chance to hear about the state of the credit union from the CEO and board of directors.
This year, there are two open positions on the board of directors. James Pearl and Eldon Overstreet have been nominated for reelection. Because there is only one candidate for each open position, those candidates are expected to be elected by acclamation at the meeting.
Members wishing to attend virtually can do so using a livestream link at TinkerFCU.org on the day of the meeting. If online viewing is not convenient, meeting room seats will be available by reservation for TFCU members. This will be a business meeting only and will not include entertainment, refreshments, cash prizes or giveaways.
For members wishing to attend the meeting in person, please RSVP by sending your name only to RSVP@TinkerFCU.org by March 26. Do not include your member identification number in the email; it is not required for RSVP and will be verified in person at the meeting.
